Equality Statement

We aim to develop a culture of inclusion and diversity in which everyone feels proud of their identity and able to participate fully in school life.

Equality Objectives (2024–2027):
- Improve accessibility and participation for pupils with SEND across all aspects of school life.
- Narrow attainment gaps between disadvantaged pupils and their peers.
- Promote positive attitudes and understanding of diversity through the curriculum and school events.
